FUNCTION:
Facility Administrator (FA) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the smooth and effective daily operation of the Dialysis Facility in order to maintain a safe, efficient environment to provide optimum patient care.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
Demonstrates applicable knowledge of policies and procedures related to clinical
director, Coordinator/RN job descriptions.
Coordinates and supervises patient care and daily operations of the dialysis facility.
Demonstrates applicable knowledge of the policies and procedures of
providing patient care, including the patient’s treatment, and water
treatment facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current active RN state licensure.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Baccalaureate degree in nursing or health related field preferred).
Minimum of 1 years experience in general nursing care plus a minimum of six months of dialysis experience and if for a home training center 3 months of which in a specific dialysis self-training activity as applicable.
Prior supervisory and/or management experience preferred.
