Base salary ranges from $70,460 to $89,760 annually, based on skills and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply, with additional support for naturalization fees for eligible employees.
Manage daily clinical services to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met with dignity and respect. Supervise and coach licensed nurses and care staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
