Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations, develop staff, and ensure high-quality care for clients in Minnesota. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and regulatory compliance, with typical hours Mon-Fri and on-call coverage as needed.

The DON will oversee care plans, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with administration to deliver compassionate, exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) and computer skills.
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local nursing regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/carry 30+ lbs. and meet physical requirements.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency response.

Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing (DON) leads all nursing operations, ensuring exceptional care and service for clients. You will manage and develop nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. This role combines leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Typical hours are M-F Business hours. We have after hour, weekend, and holiday Triage to assist in work life balance.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
