  • Maintain continuous regulatory compliance and preparedness for audits/accreditation
  • Collaborate with surgeons, executive leadership, and the broader care team to enhance the patient experience
  • Supervise scheduling, staffing, and professional development of all nursing personnel
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, evaluate trends, and lead QAPI activities
  • Contribute to capital planning, budgeting, and vendor evaluation/contracting
  • Serve as a key leader in emergency readiness, environmental safety, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • RN License (Active and in good standing)
  • BLS and ACLS Certification
  • Minimum 3–5 years perioperative nursing experience
  • Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in an ASC setting

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience with supply chain and operational oversight

Preferred:

  • Background in managing budgets, regulatory reviews, and staff development
  • Experience managing a healthcare operation

Why Join OAM?

  • Work with a collaborative, highly skilled team dedicated to patient-centered outcomes
  • Enjoy work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or major holidays
  • Competitive compensation package including health benefits, retirement plans, and generous PTO
