Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Director of Nursing – Administrative Services to provide centralized operational leadership for hospital-wide nursing administration. You will oversee House Supervision, staffing infrastructure, and education services to ensure safe, compliant operations across all shifts.

Reporting to the CNO, you will drive workforce strategy, regulatory readiness, throughput initiatives, and budget management while partnering with Quality, Risk,

Qualifications

• MSN, MHA, or MBA required.
• BSN required if graduate degree is MHA or MBA.
• Graduate of an accredited RN Nursing Program.
• Minimum 7 years acute care RN experience.
• Minimum 5 years progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Advanced nursing degree (DNP, FNP, DHA) strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide centralized operational leadership for hospital-wide nursing administration.
• Oversee House Supervision, staffing infrastructure and education services.
• Lead throughput, bed management and discharge processes to improve turnover.
• Ensure EMTALA/regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys.
• Partner with Quality, Risk, Case Management, and ED leadership.
