Lead Our Nursing Team

We seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated nursing team. As the DON, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive nursing policies and procedures
  2. Oversee the delivery of resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  3. Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  5. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
  6. Respond to resident and family concerns in a timely and compassionate manner

Qualifications:

  1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  2. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting
  3. Previous experience as a DON or Assistant DON preferred
  4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
