About the Role:

As Director, you'll oversee a 25-bed ED with 2 trauma bays, 6 fast tracks, and an average volume of 75 patients per day. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership for Emergency and Trauma Services and play a key role in clinical quality, staff engagement, and process improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of ED clinical experience and 3+ years in leadership

Prior Director-level experience highly preferred

CEN certification and Master’s degree preferred
