Responsibilities:

• Ensure nursing compliance, excellence, and delivery of resident care in adherence with regulations.
• Manage nursing staff through hiring, training, evaluation, and delegation.
• Augment staffing as needed.
• Approve and validate payroll.
• Review resident charting and documentation.
• Develop and implement care plans in coordination with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure availability of equipment, supplies, and resources.
• Train and develop nursing staff for positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
