PruittHealth is seeking a Director of Nursing in Florida to lead the Nursing Services Department within our healthcare center. The role requires overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The Director of Nursing will drive care standards, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with other departments to support resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• RN licensure active and unrestricted in the state of practice.
• Healthcare leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience directing nursing services in a healthcare setting.
