Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Services Department in our Healthcare Center. You will oversee clinical operations, drive quality of care, and mentor a team of RN staff to uphold our standards of compassion and excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and strategic leadership to ensure resident well-being and regulatory compliance across the facility. This is a full-time on-site leadership position with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher (BSN preferred).
