Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year

- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality care standards
- Lead, train, and supervise nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Active RN license (New York State or eligible)
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Competitive salary: $175,000–$220,000/year
