We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations at our Mishawaka treatment center.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a strong nurse leader who knows how to build an accountable team, maintain high clinical standards, and create an environment where both patients and staff feel supported. The DON will oversee nursing operations, medication management, staffing, patient safety, and regulatory readiness while partnering closely with facility and medical leadership.
Use your nursing leadership experience to directly impact individuals navigating substance use disorder treatment and recovery.
Recruit, develop, coach, and lead RNs and LPNs while creating a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient care.
Work alongside medical providers, clinical leaders, admissions, behavioral health staff, and operations as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
Take ownership of nursing workflows, medication systems, staffing, quality initiatives, and clinical standards.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Mishawaka, Indiana.
The Director of Nursing will primarily work weekday leadership hours but must have flexibility based on patient care, staffing, and facility needs. Availability for clinical or nursing escalation outside of traditional business hours may be required.
