Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and oversight for resident care.

The role requires an active MA RN license, a nursing degree (preferred), and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities. Join a team focused on compassionate, high-quality care within a 127-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, nursing care center, or related healthcare setting.
• Experience in supervision, leadership, and staff development required.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and standards in long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive staffing plan reflecting clinical needs and safe, high-quality care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor and enhance nursing care quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Partner with the Administrator to ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care aligned with goals.
• Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate departmental policies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff for professional growth.
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Join our team at Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Director of Nursing.

Full-time, days (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00PM)

Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually

Responsibilities for Director of Nursing:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive staffing plan that reflects the department's clinical needs and supports safe, high-quality resident care.

• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with residents, family members, staff, and the interdisciplinary medical team.
• Partner closely with the Administrator to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care that aligns with organizational goals and resident needs.
• Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures in accordance with current federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to promote professional growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure continuous enhancement of nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and clinical standards governing nursing care facilities.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing:
