Job summary

Pivotal Placement Services is seeking a Director of Nursing / Resident Care Director (RCD) in Fairfield, NJ to lead clinical operations and deliver exceptional resident care. This role oversees wellness programs, regulatory compliance, staffing, and care delivery across memory care and related services.

The ideal candidate has an active NJ RN license, 2–3 years in assisted living or memory care, and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care.
• Prior management or Director of Nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of resident care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.
• Competitive salary: $115,000–$130,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
