Job summary

Evercare is seeking an experienced Nursing Director to oversee the nursing department in a long‑term care setting. You will lead a team to deliver high‑quality patient care, develop policies, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement comprehensive care plans.

The role requires a BSN (or higher) and an active RN license, with at least 5 years in leadership, including Medicare regulations. Expect day‑to‑day staffing, budgeting, and on‑site leadership in Edwardsville area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in a nursing leadership role, Medicare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher level of education preferred.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a healthcare facility with Medicare patients.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
