We are seeking an energetic and compassionate leader to head our dynamic health care team as the Director of Nursing. The DON will oversee all health programs and services in our 56 bed SNF. Our team is both large and multi-faceted, providing excellent support for our valued nurse leaders including: a Director of Staff Development/Infection Preventionist, Assisted Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator, RNs/LPNs, CNAs, a Social Service Director, Clinical Records Coordinator, and Scheduling Coordinator! Wages: Starting at $110,000 - $125,000 / annually DOE

About You:

Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university required
Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing environment; preferably as an ADON, DON, MDS Coordinator or Director of Staff Development
Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding Skilled Nursing facility operations
