Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Nuclear Engineering Department with hiring and mentoring.
• Define standards across concept, design, testing, and operations.
• Lead radiation transport, shielding, and activation analyses; support safety and hazards analyses.
• Collaborate with systems, facilities, test, and ES&H to integrate nuclear considerations.
• Develop a long-term roadmap with external partnerships and industry collaboration.
• Represent Xcimer Energy in technical forums to attract top talent.
