Job Summary And Qualifications

• You will be responsible for the overall nursing and administrative leadership of the Hospital’s 72-bed NICU and for the day-to-day clinical and continuum of care, quality and operations
• You will play an integral role in strategic planning and business development for the organization regarding market, capital, and operational activities to ensure quality results and market share goals
• You will recommend and implement an integrated performance and quality improvement process that will improve effectiveness, enhance efficiency, increase cost effectiveness, and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• You will be responsible for holding the neonatal and maternal line accountable for standards of patient care and performance and implementation of HCA’s neonatal and perinatal measures and will work in close partnership with the Medical Director of the NICU
  
  

What qualifications you will need:

• Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration required
• BSN required
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada
• Five years recent leadership experience in NICUs required; three years’ experience in maternal services preferred
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate, and/or lead large, diverse, multidisciplinary teams; history of successful change implementation, demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to interact productively with all levels of personnel and staff required.
