Position Summary
The On-Premise Director will lead the strategy for the growth and development of our on-premise channel across the United States. This pivotal role is dedicated to facilitating national expansion through the cultivation and management of partnerships with distributors as well as regional and national on-premise accounts. The On-Premise Director will play a key role in enhancing the Electrolit brand presence in on-premise and vending markets. This position also encompasses the responsibilities of recruiting, managing, and motivating a team of regional on-premise account executives

Principal Duties

  • Lead the creation and execution of a strategic plan to expand Electrolit' s presence within the U.S. on-premise channel. Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to establish a strong national and regional footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Keurig Dr. Pepper and the independent DSD operators to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and optimal product availability in all markets.
  • Spearhead negotiations and manage relationships with key national accounts, including restaurant chains, hospitality groups, hotels, fitness chains, and high traffic on-premise locations, ensuring alignment with Electrolit' s growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive effective penetration strategies across diverse regions and market segments.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations with key accounts, securing favorable terms that support long-term business growth.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly track and report on the performance of the on-premise channel, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and supply chain departments to ensure alignment on product launches, promotional activities, and national distribution strategies.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives across the country.
  • Hire, train , coach, lead and inspire regional on-premise account executives.
  • Foster creativity, encourage creativity and monitor performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years sales experience in the consumer products goods beverage Industry.
  • Extensive experience in a senior management or director role within the beverage or consumer goods industry, with a strong focus on the national on-premises channel development
  • Proven success in leading national sales strategies, with a demonstrated ability to significantly grow market share and brand presence.
  • In-depth understanding of distributor and DSD operations, with a well-established network of industry contacts.
  • Proven experience in leadership, successfully coaching and developing sales teams
  • Proficiency with CRM and data sources (i.e., Nielsen, VIP and IRI)


Other Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S. to develop and manage key accounts.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
  • Must be able to lift 40+ lbs.
