This is a Full Time position in the field of Live Broadcast / Sports / TV News / Technical Operations, located in Bridgeport, PA.

The employer is Collegiate Water Polo Association.

This is a unique position with tremendous opportunity to be creative and in charge of your own department. Individual will have a variety of opportunities including everything from live broadcasts to the creation of video content for sponsors and league members.

Responsibilities

1. Live streaming of championship events
2. Managing remote broadcasts throughout the country
3. Producing new content for the website
4. Creation of highlight videos
5. Producing commercials and educational content for conference members and sponsors
6. Supervising interns

Salary commensurate with experience.

Experience

Bachelor's degree required. Ability to work independently with a good sense of humor. Experience in video editing, broadcasting, or digital production including technical directing. Must be capable of managing interns and a complex production schedule. Strong knowledge of audio/video, live streaming, and video production.

The CWPA is the largest water polo conference in the country with over 240 teams throughout the United States. The office is located in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. Staff includes the Commissioner, Coordinator of Officials, Director of Communications, Director of Membership Services, Event Management Staff, and various interns.
