Physician Affiliate Group of New York seeks a Director of Simulation Training to join NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of high-fidelity maternal safety education programs and work with interdisciplinary teams to enhance maternal health education.

The position requires licensure as a Midwife and 2-5 years experience in Midwifery. A comprehensive benefits package includes a salary of $180,000 and additional contributions and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years' Midwifery experience.
• Skilled in the operation of simulator technologies.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software relevant to simulation functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance maternal mortality and morbidity simulation programs.
• Lead design and implementation of simulation-based maternal safety education.
• Oversee course administration including CME and CEU activities.
