The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a Service Delivery Director of Experience to lead member experience across branches, focusing on operations, program quality, and service standards. You will manage budgets, develop initiatives, and partner with leadership to advance satisfaction and retention.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure execution aligns with our mission and community commitments.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in operations, membership, wellness, or aquatics.
• Demonstrated budget management experience.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery for assigned member experience areas.
