Centennial Peaks Hospital has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver-metro area for over 30 years. Located in Louisville, CO, our 104-bed facility offers a peaceful setting for treatment of mental illness, including chemical dependency. We provide unique and individualized programs for adolescents and adults, setting us apart from many other treatment centers. Our leadership team includes experienced nursing staff. We offer Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization Programs, and inpatient services.

We are hiring a Director of Medical Records. This role oversees the Medical Records department, managing all patient records to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards such as those of the Joint Commission.

The Director analyzes medical record quality, ensures completeness for reimbursement and patient care continuity, and provides expert consultation to hospital staff regarding medical records. The role aligns with the hospital's philosophy and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s in Health Information Management or related field preferred; AS/RHIT certification
  • Minimum five years leadership experience in health information management, preferably in a psychiatric facility
