MaineHealth is seeking a Director of Medical Education Programs to lead the Department of Medical Education across MaineHealth systems, guiding UME, GME and APPE initiatives. You will oversee staffing, budgets, and resource management while collaborating with leaders across departments and regions to advance education services.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in Medical Education; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in education and training of health professions learners.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Undergraduate, Graduate and Continuing Medical Education.
• Comprehensive IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and strategic planning for UME, GME and APPE.
