Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

The Director of Medical Center Practice Operations is responsible for the delivery and oversight of all medical patient care services within the medical center, maintaining broad responsibilities for all medical and non-medical functions. This position will require excellent interpersonal/communication skills, writing skills, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of staff. The Director of Medical Center Practice Operations must have a varied background with knowledge in practice management, staff supervision, customer service, and project management. In partnership with providers, administrative staff, and medical center staff, develop and implement programs that promote the delivery of quality care.

Education And Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare administration or nursing required. Master’s degree in business/healthcare administration or public health preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years practice management experience managing large provider groups preferred.

Other: Valid N.C. Driver’s License and dependable transportation. Excellent communication skills.
