Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in CAD and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex mechanical and optomechanical systems.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing mechanical engineering team.
• Own execution across multiple development programs with quality, schedule, and priorities.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical direction.
• Define technical roadmaps and growth plans with Engineering leadership.
• Guide structural, thermal, vibration, and tolerance analyses.
• Support prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and production.
• Assist supplier selection and manufacturing readiness.
• Establish engineering processes, standards, and documentation practices.
