Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in aerospace/defense/additive manufacturing.
• Experience with SEM, TEM, and X-ray diffraction testing.
• Familiarity with ASTM and Mil-Std protocols.
• Ability to lead technology initiatives and cross-functional teams (international).

• Lead and oversee development and application of Titomic's cold spray technology.
• Drive innovation in materials science, focusing on metallurgy, additive manufacturing, and cold spray processes.
• Design and implement testing protocols using SEM, TEM, and XRD.

• Act as the primary technical interface with U.S. Government agencies, prime contractors, academia, research laboratories, and commercial partners.
