Saint Francis Healthcare System seeks a senior marketing strategist to provide system-wide leadership in marketing, communications, brand management, consumer engagement, market growth, and the Foundation's fundraising and donor relations.

This executive role advises the leadership team, aligns brand initiatives with the philanthropic mission and revenue goals, and drives community outreach to sustain the region’s leading healthcare network across five states.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Five years development, corporate sales and marketing and/or grant writing experience with demonstrated success or similar experiences, preferably in healthcare operations.
• Three years non-profit fundraising experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills.

Serves as the organization's senior marketing strategist and advisor to executive leadership while overseeing the Foundation's fundraising, donor relations, and philanthropic programs. Responsible for aligning brand, reputation, and community engagement strategies with the philanthropic mission and revenue objectives.
