Description du poste

Alert Rescue LLC provides medical, safety, emergency-response, rescue, and related services supporting complex and high-risk operating environments. As the company grows, we are building the brand, market presence, and communications infrastructure necessary to support continued expansion and new business opportunities.

Position Summary

Alert Rescue LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to build and lead an integrated marketing and communications function that strengthens the Alert Rescue brand, supports business development, and contributes to measurable company growth.

This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. The Director will establish marketing priorities and brand standards while also being capable of turning strategy into execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable building in an evolving environment, creating structure where needed, managing multiple priorities, and producing high-quality work without relying on a large internal marketing team.

The Director will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate company objectives, capabilities, and opportunities into clear market positioning, compelling communications, effective digital experiences, and measurable marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with company growth objectives, business-development priorities, target audiences, and brand standards.

  • Define and maintain Alert Rescue's brand positioning, messaging architecture, voice, and visual consistency across internal and external touchpoints.

  • Lead development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, content programs, digital initiatives, company announcements, and other communications.

  • Partner with leadership and Business Development to develop sales-enablement and business-development materials, including presentations, capability materials, digital content, and other collateral supporting prospective clients and strategic opportunities.

  • Own and continuously improve the company's website and digital presence, including routine content and design updates, page development, landing pages, user experience, and coordination of more technical development when necessary.

  • Develop and manage content across appropriate digital channels, ensuring communications are accurate, professional, consistent, and aligned with company objectives.

  • Translate complex operational, medical, safety, emergency-response, and business information into clear, credible communications for appropriate audiences.

  • Establish practical measurement and reporting for marketing initiatives, using performance data to evaluate effectiveness, improve campaigns, and inform priorities.

  • Coordinate marketing support for company launches, new services, market expansion, recruiting initiatives, events, announcements, and other strategic priorities.

  • Manage marketing projects from concept through execution, including timelines, stakeholders, approvals, deliverables, and follow-through.

  • Manage external agencies, designers, developers, freelancers, printers, or other marketing vendors when needed, including scope, deliverables, timelines, quality, and performance expectations.

  • Develop scalable marketing processes, templates, asset libraries, campaign calendars, and brand resources appropriate for a rapidly growing organization.

  • Help protect and strengthen the company's reputation through disciplined, accurate, and consistent external communications.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing, communications, brand, or related functions with responsibility for execution and measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing, messaging, content, or campaigns.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, messaging, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistency across multiple channels and audiences.

  • Experience developing marketing materials that support B2B sales, business development, or complex service offerings.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently move from strategy to execution and manage multiple priorities with limited day-to-day direction.

  • Strong project-management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept through completion.

  • Demonstrated experience managing websites and digital content, including the ability to make or oversee routine website content, design and page updates.

  • Working knowledge of web fundamentals, including content management systems, responsive design, user experience, and basic HTML/CSS concepts sufficient to manage the company's digital presence effectively and work productively with technical resources when needed.

  • Ability to interpret relevant marketing performance data and use findings to inform decisions and improve effectiveness.

  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or significantly scaling a marketing or communications function within a growth-stage, entrepreneurial, or rapidly changing company.

  • Experience marketing B2B professional, operational, healthcare, safety, emergency-response, construction, industrial, or other complex services.

  • Experience working with audiences in industries such as data centers, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, public safety, or other operationally complex environments.

  • Experience supporting sophisticated B2B sales cycles through marketing collateral, digital campaigns, proposals, presentations, case studies, thought leadership, or other sales-enablement materials.

  • Experience with content strategy, digital marketing, search strategy, marketing analytics, and campaign-performance measurement.

  • Experience managing external agencies, contractors, designers, developers, or other creative and technical partners.

  • Hands-on experience with website platforms or content management systems and the ability to make routine website changes without dependency on an outside developer.

  • Experience establishing marketing systems, workflows, brand standards, templates, or content calendars from the ground up.
