We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing and Sales to lead our sales strategy, build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, and drive occupancy across all levels of care. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship building, team leadership, digital marketing, and community outreach. This position is on-site and requires employees to work in our office located in Peterborough, NH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, website management, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics and online performance metrics to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the marketing and sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and follow-through.
  • Manage lead generation, inquiry follow-up, tours, and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and senior service agencies.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events, open houses, and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive brand experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of progressive marketing/customer service experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, paid search advertising (PPC), marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
  • Passion for working with older adults and understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and database management.
