Director of Market Strategies, Trusted Solutions

We are seeking a Director of Market Strategies to develop and execute go-to-market strategies within the US DoD for multiple TST products, focusing on Resilient, Secure Communications (RSC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Defense and Intelligence markets and collaborate with Product Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to position and close deals.

This role requires prior leadership experience within the U.S. Military or Intelligence Community, with a solid understanding of secure communications technologies and how our products fit within or enhance the current paradigm.

This position is remote, with approximately 30% travel to clients, events, and offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for government and military sectors.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively differentiate our products.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Two Six products to articulate their fit within government agencies.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and participate in meetings.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to align product development with market demands.
  • Work with Sales, BD, and Marketing to craft messaging and market approaches.
  • Support sales and business development in building relationships and closing deals.
  • Identify suitable channel partners and government programs.
  • Report on growth and go-to-market performance.
  • Maintain customer relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field; 10+ years of experience in technical market strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the DoD community and mission needs.
  • Proactive, credible, and successful in engaging demanding customers.
  • Innovative mindset with a background in secure communications, networks, or military planning.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40%.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

We offer comprehensive compensation including health insurance, retirement, paid leave, tuition assistance, and professional development. Salary range: $178,900 — $295,000 USD.
