About Our Team

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Civilian Market Strategy.

About The Role

This position is accountable for expanding the serviceable available market (SAM) by developing clear growth strategies focused on the Income, Asset, and Eligibility solution segment. The candidate must be a government program subject matter expert, especially in enrollment and eligibility assessment.

The role involves translating subject matter expertise into strategic plans, identifying new growth areas, analyzing business investments, and ensuring organizational alignment through go-to-market and strategic execution plans. Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, communicating updates, and demonstrating executive presence.

The individual will maintain insights on market needs, risks, legislation, policies, emerging technologies, competitors, and threats. They will be the authority on market positioning and contribute to product development, thought leadership, and brand strengthening.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the vision for the Income, Asset, and Eligibility segment
  • Exploring and substantiating innovation
  • Developing fact-based growth plans
  • Maintaining expertise on clients, solutions, partners, and competitors
  • Making timely, evidence-based decisions
  • Communicating decisions effectively and inspiring consensus
  • Demonstrating executive presence in communication
  • Exercising team leadership within and across units
  • Establishing external market leadership
  • Balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution
  • Ensuring resource alignment and accountability
  • Engaging with industry groups (e.g., NAPHSIS, BIC, NIST)
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years experience with the U.S. public sector, especially federal, state, and local civilian programs
  • 10+ years experience with Government Income, Asset, and Eligibility solutions
  • Deep understanding of the ecosystem, including clients, partners, competitors, regulations, and laws
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies supporting government initiatives
  • Proven success in building professional relationships
  • Expertise in business growth techniques
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the company and growth potential
