Responsible for operational short and long-range plans, monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, capital expenditures, cost improvement programs, production plans, manpower planning, supervisory development, employee safety and the overall cost of quality for the operation. Has direct and functional responsibility for strategic changes in manufacturing and operations strategies that effect improvements, efficiencies and/or deficiencies. Ensures each business unit’s compliance with all Xylem policies and local, state and federal regulations.**What You'll Do:*** Plan, direct and control all manufacturing activities at the site so that products are manufactured on schedule* Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.* Select and develop team to ensure the efficient operation of the production functions.
