As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Manufacturing will lead our operations across multiple manufacturing plants and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. This role will oversee production teams, develop manufacturing strategies, and ensure operational goals align with the company's overall objectives. The Director of Manufacturing will be a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, improve processes, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $170,000 per year
