Job summary

CareOne Holmdel is seeking a Maintenance Director for a temporary assignment in Holmdel, NJ. The role leads facility maintenance, ensures life safety, and coordinates with administration and regional teams to uphold a home-like, compliant environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 5+ years of work experience, 2 years construction/trade, 1 year management, and preferred HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills along with healthcare facility familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in a working environment.
• Minimum two years construction or trade experience.
• Minimum one year management or supervisory experience.
• HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical experience preferred.
• Prior experience within a health care environment with knowledge of State and Federal guidelines.
• LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Life Safety of all residents, visitors, and employees within the facility.
• Troubleshoot and Repair several different systems within the facility.
• Ensure State Required Inspections are in compliance with State and Federal codes.
• Work with Administrator and Regional Director of Plant Operations on improvements of facility.
