KannapolisHealth and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Director of Maintenance to lead our Maintenance Department and ensure safe, well-maintained operations for residents and staff. You will develop preventive plans, supervise technicians, conduct safety inspections, and stay current with codes and regulations, while driving continuous improvements in facilities operations.

This role requires at least three years of supervisory maintenance experience and a technical background in building

Formación

• Must have at least three years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance plan with tasks and timeframes.
• Establish and manage equipment and utilities program for efficiency.
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance technicians.
• Conduct regular safety inspection tours and address findings.
• Provide facility-wide safety training and chair Safety Committee.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure supplies and tools are maintained to support safety.
• Stay up to date on building codes and safety regulations.
• Pursue innovative solutions to improve operations and safety.
