• Develop KPI reporting that ties maintenance performance back to plant operations.
• Analyze operational data and equipment performance to improve PM compliance, schedule compliance, MTBF, MTTR, and overall maintenance cost.
• Partner with HR to support hiring, skill development, and pipeline creation of technical maintenance talent.
• Build collaborative vendor relationships and manage service agreements and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the team proactively identifies and resolves equipment and facility maintenance needs.
• Partner with operations and construction teams to plan and execute facility improvements and capital projects.

Position Overview

The Director of Maintenance & Facilities is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of all maintenance functions across the Pennsylvania greenhouse operations.

This role ensures that equipment, infrastructure, and systems operate reliably, efficiently, and safely to support business needs. The Director will lead a high-performing technical team, oversee major capital projects, and collaborate with leaders across operations, engineering, HR, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee infrastructure systems that ensure continuous delivery of water, heat, steam, electrical power, gas, and air required for operations.
