Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead strategic maintenance, asset reliability, and facilities infrastructure across our North American network. This role will partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain and Executive Leadership to build world-class maintenance programs across multiple sites and drive operational excellence.

You will oversee predictive and preventive maintenance, CMMS implementations, and capital planning with a focus on safety, scalability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects and reliability programs.
• Expertise with CMMS platforms, predictive maintenance and industrial automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term maintenance and reliability roadmap.
• Lead predictive, preventative and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Own maintenance operating budgets and capital investment planning.
• Provide technical leadership across boilers, autoclaves, wash lines, robotics and more.
• Travel extensively to support operations across the US and Canada.
