Director of Maintenance and Equipment - High Speed Manufacturing

Job description

Our client is a very well known, financially healthy manufacturer with US HQ located near Joliet Illinois.

Due to the growth of their operations, they are creating a new position of Director of Maintenance and Equipment which reports to the VP of Engineering. This role will be based out of their corporate HQ and will ensure the quality and maintenance of their production equipment nationally.

A very strong compensation plan is expected to pay somewhere between $220K and $270K annually, in addition to other incentives and a fantastic suite of benefits (exceptional vacation plan, relocation assistance, and many other perks).

The Director of Maintenance will:

1. Personally lead a team of Managers in the maintenance and care of high-speed manufacturing equipment at all of the facilities in North America.

Requirements

1. Engineering Degree
2. Experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
3. Significant experience in any form of high-speed manufacturing.
