Job summary

RowCal seeks a Director of Maintenance to oversee field maintenance operations and lead a team of technicians. You will collaborate with HOA boards and managers to ensure high-quality service and project delivery.

The role requires driving revenue goals, managing pricing, and leading projects while ensuring excellent customer relations and a professional presence in the Denver region. This position offers hybrid work with relocation to Greenwood Village, CO.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction or maintenance with a front-facing customer service role required.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to problem-solve and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving around the Denver area (company vehicle or monthly car allowance provided).

• Rebrand internal and external relationships with managers and HOA board members.
• Maintain focus and influence people without getting distracted.
• Determine internal and external revenue goals.
• Drive the team to exceed revenue goals.
• Lead projects assigned by HOA boards.
• Execute pricing and presentations for managers and board liaisons.
• Maintain and improve field work performed by technicians and subcontractors.
