Edgewood Manor of Lucasville I is seeking an Experienced Director of Maintenance to manage day-to-day upkeep of a 96-bed skilled nursing facility in Lucasville, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in basic electrical, plumbing and drywall, able to write and follow work orders, and keep daily, weekly and monthly records up to date in writing and on the computer, while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Keep daily, weekly and monthly records up to date both in written and computer form. Edgewood Manor I is a 96 bed Skilled Facility Nursing located on Big Bear Creek Road in Lucasville Ohio.

You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility and our residents' home, following the guidelines of Local ,State and Federal Agencies.
