Job summary

Nivram-Management in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a Maintenance professional to support a skilled nursing facility. You will maintain schedules, track logs, interact with vendors and ensure contracted work is completed on time.

The ideal candidate has strong plumbing, electrical, and general construction knowledge, plus managerial and organizational skills. A clean driver’s license and own vehicle are required. This is a full-time role with room to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Clean driver’s license and own vehicle.
• 1 year of management experience.
• 1 year maintenance of a skilled nursing facility.
• 1 year of plumbing, electrical and general construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining schedules of maintenance & housekeeping staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding nursing homes.
• Maintain and accurately record logs and documentation.
• Interact with vendors and ensure contracted work is completed as needed.
• Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections.
• Must possess plumbing, electrical and general construction knowledge.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Additional duties as assigned.
