Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Maintenance Director to join our family in Gainesville, TX. The role focuses on maintaining grounds, facility, and equipment to meet safety standards and regulatory requirements while supporting a positive facility culture.

The Maintenance Director will lead a team, plan preventive maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff. Walk-ins welcome daily.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Maintenance Director to join our family!

We are searching for aMaintenance Director that is resident, and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
