AVIR Health Group in Sweetwater, Texas, seeks a Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep of our grounds, facility, and equipment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate will be resident and family-focused, capable of building a strong team, and eager to contribute to a culture where every voice is heard. Experience in healthcare maintenance and supervising staff is preferred.

Formación

• Prior experience maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Healthcare or nursing home experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and foster a safe environment for residents and staff.

We are searching for aMaintenance Director that is resident, and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications for Maintenance Director:

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
