Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Associate/Professor to lead the Lung Cancer Early Detection and Prevention Clinic and perform advanced bronchoscopic procedures for lung cancer diagnosis. The role focuses on expanding LCEDPC services and integrating novel software to monitor pulmonary nodules.

The position involves clinical leadership, participation in administrative, research, and teaching activities, and collaboration with UW PCCSM.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
• ABIM board eligibility or board certification in Pulmonary & Critical Care.
• Washington state medical licensure eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Direct and lead the Lung Cancer Early Detection and Prevention Clinic (LCEDPC) and perform advanced bronchoscopic procedures to facilitate lung cancer diagnosis.
• Expand LCEDPC volume and capabilities using novel software to identify and track pulmonary nodules.
• Perform navigational and robotic bronchoscopy, radial EBUS and routine diagnostic bronchoscopies.
• Contribute to evaluation of patients in the Fred Hutch Pulmonary Consult Clinic.
• Engage in administrative, research, and instructional activities; supervise PCCSM Fellows and teach at Fred Hutch conferences.
