Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of site selection, location strategy, GIS, or related advisory work.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with GIS/spatial analysis experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in executing site selection and location strategy engagements.
• Perform the analytical work behind location recommendations, including labor, real estate, operating costs, and risk analysis.
• Build and apply models to screen candidate locations and footprint scenarios.
• Conduct GIS-based spatial analysis including site screening and drive-time analysis.
• Plan in-market due diligence trips to validate desktop analyses.
• Develop client-ready deliverables and location strategy memos.
• Interface with senior client stakeholders and deliver board-ready recommendations.
• Manage select smaller engagements from scope to final recommendation.
• Support incentives and economic development engagements as needed.
• Assist RFI/RFP responses and pitch materials; leverage AI to streamline analysis.
