SWHS consists of two acute‑care hospitals: Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar, CA and Rancho Springs Medical Center in Murrieta, CA.
Employee may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
Five (5) to Seven (7) years of clinical experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) required.
Minimum three (3) years leadership experience as a CLS or in a related field required; acute‑care experience preferred.
Minimum essential education: Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field from an accredited college or university required.
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in the State of California required.
