Job summary

Stockton Unified School District is seeking a qualified leader to oversee district personnel and bargaining-unit staff. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's, with at least five years in a school-district leadership role handling employee oversight and grievances.

Candidates should have experience in negotiation teams and be able to navigate district policies and processes. The district offers comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.
