Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure leadership.
• 5+ years overseeing Cloud Platforms (GCP preferred).
• 7+ years managing engineering teams in retail/corporate.
• Mentor leaders and build talent pipelines.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Deep networking, compute, storage, and database expertise.
• 24x7 availability and high-performance standards.
• Strong cross-functional communication & negotiation skills.
• Track record of enterprise-scale project delivery.

Responsibilities
