Job summary

Coreforce is seeking a Director of IT Compliance in Atlanta, hybrid, to lead cross-functional compliance programs across IT, Security, Legal, and Operations. You will own the master calendar of audits and certifications, drive GovRAMP readiness, and translate evolving requirements (CJIS, FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or related program management.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across IT, Legal, Security, Product, Finance, and Operations.
• Proven track record obtaining government security credentials and authorizations (e.g., FedRAMP, CJIS).
• Certifications such as PMP, CRISC, CISA are preferred, others a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional compliance programs and coordinate IT, Security, Legal, Product, Finance, and Ops.
• Own and maintain a master calendar of compliance obligations, audits, and renewals.
• Build and manage GovRAMP and other initiative roadmaps with clear milestones and ownership.
• Develop project plans, business cases, and executive-ready risk reports.
• Identify gaps and translate requirements into actionable compliance initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate certification efforts and evidence collection.
• Monitor ongoing compliance across units and escalate gaps before findings.
• Manage third-party auditors and consultants to meet timelines and budgets.
